Our Client – International Real Estate Development Company – is looking for a successful Managing Director, who will take full charge of its subsidiary.
Job Description
Manage and develop the Company - initially on the Latvian market and later expand further to the neighboring countries
Create, instruct, and develop a strong team of highly motivated and devoted professionals
Ensure business success and steady growth. Oversee strategic planning, budget forecast and execution
Establish and maintain positive and mutually beneficial relationships with clients
Anticipate global trends and drive change
Requirements
Perfect communication skills; charismatic personality; excellent leadership and management skills; desire to learn, succeed and achieve goals
Responsible, honest and reliable personality
Ability to take firm and decisive action when a situation requires intervention. Ability to prioritize issues by using clear project management principles
3-5 years of experience in a real estate related company as a Managing Director, Development Director, Sales Director, Technical Director, Construction Director, Department Manager, Project Manager/Coordinator or Finance Director
Thorough understanding of real estate development, construction business and worldwide industry trends
University degree, preferably, MBA, Civil Engineering
Experienced user skills of MS Office, ability to work with AutoCad and other specialized programs will be a plus
Valid driving license
Fluency in English, Latvian and Russian. Other European language skills would be considered as a plus
