Ability to prioritize issues by using clear project management principles 3-5 years of experience in a real estate related company as a Managing Director, Development Director, Sales Director, Technical Director, Construction Director, Department Manager, Project Manager/Coordinator or Finance Director Thorough understanding of real estate development, construction business and worldwide industry trends University degree, preferably, MBA, Civil Engineering Experienced user skills of MS Office, ability to work with AutoCad and other specialized programs will be a plus Valid driving license Fluency in English, Latvian and Russian.
