Varētu būt izaicinājums FSB blokus novietot pamatu pēdā guļus stāvoklī, jo armatūras ausis tiem ir tikai divas un sanāks tās no sāna. Ir speciālie bloki kopā ar pamatu pēdu , piemēram: [www.aizputesbetons.lv]

Ja škembas ir ceļu būves - visas frakcijas kopā ar smakumiem, tad tās var smuki sablietēt un izveidot pēdu. Nevar smuki noblietēt sijātās lielās frakcijas šķembas - tur neizbēgami paliks šķirbas , kurās vēlāk migrēs iekšā grunts.

Griežos pēc padoma, plānota (vienstāvu gāzbetona māja ar kopņu jumtu, metāla dakstiņu) kurai izvēlēti FSB 30cm biezi (dzelzbetona bloku) pamati.
Pamatu pīrāgs pēc projekta šāds: 20cm blietēta škemba, 30cm biezs bloks guļus kā pēda, virs tā 60cm bloks stāvus un pa virsu 30cm izlīdzinošā josla.
Tātad, lietas būtība grozās ap to, ka vairāki būvnieki ir izteikuši, ka zem šādiem pamatiem apakšā nevajagot šķembu slābi, jo šķembas esot neiespējami taisni noblietēt un līdz ar to guldot blokus pēdai viņi tur stāvētu uz viļņainas nelīdzenas virsmas. Kā ieteikums, ieteikts ir guldīt blokus uz kārtīgi noblietētas+ar ūdeni sasēdinātas smilts.
Uz zemesgabala gruntsdūdenis zems, blakus iet 2 grāvji kuri visu laiku varteikt sausi. Grunts esot smilšaina, teica 2 tuvākie kaimiņi.
