I’m currently planning a kitchen remodel and would love to get advice on how to design an efficient space that supports healthy daily cooking. I’ve noticed that when my kitchen layout is cluttered or inconvenient, I end up relying more on take-out or fast food instead of home-cooked meals.

My goal is to create a workspace that encourages quick meal prep — with easy access to prep areas, storage for fresh ingredients, and smart placement of appliances. For example, I’m thinking about how layout affects my ability to plan weekends where I can explore new ideas like the chipotal menu of food with friends and family.
