Recently, there has been an increase in the demand for physical documentation, and among the luxurious clients, the requests for "Legacy Books" to document architectural plans and project histories have become quite common. When I had to printing a book at thesisbinding.ca for site manuals and a design thesis, I needed a very strong and durable binding since standard coil binding wouldn't be enough for a book that is supposed to last for decades. Their library-grade techniques really help these documents to withstand environmental wear while giving a professional quality finish that can't be achieved by digital files. Has anyone else started to provide these physical portfolios of CAD renders or is everyone still sticking to digital only?
