Ferroli S.p.A. company’s history started in 1955 year with producing steel boilers in small workshop opened by company’s founder Mr Dante Ferroli. Now in FERROLI concern structure are 10 manufacturing centres and 12 commercial departments in ten Europe countries. Wall and floor heating boilers, climate utilities, heating radiators, burners and solar collector are in manufactured production assortment. Well-known brands as Lamborghini calor, FER, Starclima, Rapido, Joannes, Eurotherm belong to FERROLI concern. Currently more than 2200 workers are employed in the company and year turnover exceeds half a milliard Euros. FERROLI company, world leading manufacturer of heating boilers and home comfort installations, presents new e-Glasstech and Moon series of electric boilers in Latvian market. FERROLI specialists developed new high quality product that perfectly merges modern technologies and classic universal design which allows placing boiler in any interior.

Electric boiler e-Glasstech series include models with capacity 50, 80, 100, 120 and 150 litres which are manufactured for both vertical and horizontal installation option. Hence Moon series are released with capacity 10, 15 and 30 litres with option to be installed both above laundry and below. Production is completely accommodated for work in Latvian conditions and has a European certification.

Technical characteristics

Electric boilers are manufactured from high quality cold rolled steel. Protection of reservoir inner surface is developed by specific enamel powder Blue Silicon overlay which requires electrostatic processing technology to be applied. Further heating in furnace under 850˚C provides the best conditions for good quality of tank inner surface enamelling process that guarantees longevity and outstanding working characteristics of installation.

Decreasing of electricity consumption in boilers is accomplished by innovative technology that allows minimizing heat losses due to reservoir isolation made from particularly dense, free from Freon compounds polyurethane foam together with high thermal resistance polymer dyeing.

Manufacturing process of FERROLI boilers is completely automated and monitored by effective computerized control.
FERROLI company group advanced main strategy as high quality control in all manufacturing stages from project to finished product testing: after assembly all items go on testing according to quality standards and electronic safety requirements. All FERROLI electronic boilers are exposed by hydraulic test under pressure 15 bar so that it guarantees safe exploitation to normal working pressure.                              

Boiler safety working is guaranteed by three protection levels:
- safety valve against pressure increasing;
- automatic safety device which controls water temperature scale in reservoir;
- automatic safety device against overheat.

Boiler delivery set consists of:
- heating element from stainless steel with capacity 1500 W;
- temperature controller with capillary sensor which operate more effectively than traditional thermostats due to effective control and water temperature control;
- Magnesium anode which secures inner reservoir safety and is placed together with electronic heating element on flange with diameter 70 mm.

Besides, each model is equipped with
- temperature indicator;
- installation’s on/off operation indicator;
- temperature manual controller;
- safety valve installed on 7 bar with drainage tap.
