In this year the most capital SREA will invest for reconstruction of low-court building, and castles in Riga and Mežotnes pils

The biggest investment from State Real Estate Agency (SREA) in this year will go for planning reconstruction of low-court building, and castles in Riga and Mežotnes pils. As Kalvis Bricis, general director of SREA, says on press conference today these are the most important objects that are given to them, that has to be restored, and the reconstruction will be continue in the next year, too it is difficult to say how much money each object will take. In total for reconstruction of these three objects is planning to invest 4,6 million lats. In total for reconstruction of low-court building is planning to spend 3,5 million lats but in this year the SREA is planning to invest approximately half of this sum. At the same time for reconstruction of castle in Riga was reserved 1 million lats but for Mežotnes castle less than million lats. Last year SREA used more than 1,4 million lats for State's real estate reconstruction and repair. The biggest objects that were refitted were reconstruction of Eksports street, Igates and Mežotnes castles, and about ten small buildings in Riga and Liepaja. |
