Itģs planned to open first part of the supermarket Supernetto
Shopping center Supernetto, that belongs to companies SIA Merks and SIA Kesko Food will open at September 7 at the crossing of Kārļa Ulmaņa and Lielirbes streets.
Shopping center Supernetto, that belongs to companies SIA Merks and SIA Kesko Food will open at September 7 at the crossing of Kārļa Ulmaņa and Lielirbes streets.
As Jānis Brants, director of the shopping center, informed agency LETA, total size of the shopping center will be approximately 20.000 square meters.
Brants informed, that building company Merks purchased peace of land which size is 7,2 hectares at 1999 and signed cooperation agreement with Finnish companyģs Kesko daughters company in Latvia about development of the supermarket in the shopping center.
Kesko bought 2,7 hectares from the peace of land (7,2 hectares) that belongs to the SIA Merks, to start grocery Supernetto net in Latvia.
Brants indicated, that total investments in the development of the shopping center are 13,5 millions USA dollars.
Total size of the grocery supermarket Supernetto will be 5,6 thousands square meters and it will have approximately 20.000 different goods in assortment.
More than 40 shops, owned by well known companies in Latvia and abroad, will be opened at the other part of the supermarket, and most demanded services and cafés will be available too, informed Brants and added, that shop with non-grocery goods will open at the October.
