LVL 5.5 million planned from "Krasta centrs" auction
In the auction of the shopping center "Krasta centrs" at 60 Krasta Street (the real estate property of the insolvent joint-stock "Krasta hipermarkets") at least LVL 5.5 million will be made hopefully.
In the auction of the shopping center "Krasta centrs" at 60 Krasta Street (the real estate property of the insolvent joint-stock "Krasta hipermarkets") at least LVL 5.5 million will be made hopefully.
As LETA was told by a representative of the company's administrator, the auditing company "Visa verte", the initial price for the property could increase as maintenance expenses have not been calculated yet. The exact initial price must be coordinated with the mortgage creditor of "Krasta hipermarkets", the joint-stock "Parekss banka".
An upward auction is planned for the property.
Registration of bidders, information on the initial price and regulations will be available on December 2. The auction is scheduled at 60 Krasta Street at 11 a.m. December 20.
As reported, Riga Regional Court ruled on insolvency for the joint-stock "Krasta hipermarkets", which ran "Krasta centrs", as of January 15. The petition was filed by the joint-stock "Buve", to which "Krasta hipermarkets" is owing LVL 600,268 about construction work at "Krasta centrs".
According to administrator Rolands Bortascenoks from the auditing company "Visa verte", creditors' claims total LVL 6,466,453, including overdue payments and tax arrears.
According to the administrator, the company's total liabilities are LVL 5,553,985, of which loans from financial institutions make up LVL 4,704,968. Unsecured creditors claims are LVL 849,017, but the secured creditor "Parekss banka's" claims are LVL 4,704,968 as of January 25.
