Construction of a pedestrian bridge on Vardar river in Skopje, according to the Basic Project with the following phases: architecture, statics (construction), plumbing and electrical installation. The total area of the pedestrian bridge is 8,00m. The main supporting construction of the bridge consists of 2 ferroconcrete load-bearing columns connected with each other with 17 ferroconcrete transversal supports. The bridge is founded on ferroconcrete foundations.

III.2) DALĪBAS NOSACĪJUMI

III.2.2) Saimnieciskās un finansiālās spējas:

— Report of the total turnover of the company (report of the profit-and-loss statement, i.e. revised profit-and-loss statement) for the last three years.

Informācija un formalitātes, kas nepieciešamas, lai izvērtētu, vai prasības ir izpildītas: — -List of performed works having the same or similar character of construction of bridge constructions during the last five years, whereby the total value of the works, the investors (list of reference) and the dates should be specified,
-At least two certificates issued by the procurers for which the previous public procurement of works having the same or similar character of bridge constructions during the last five years, certifying the bidder completed the works appropriately, timely and with quality performance,
-Certified statement by the authorized person of the bidder about the number, the qualification structure and the working experience of the technical personnel and the other experts working for the bidder, which will be responsible for the realization of the contracted works, as well as a statement about the people (number, qualification structure and working experience) which are in charge of the quality control, certifying that the works will be executed with quality performance and in line with the applicable standards of that type of works,
-Proofs (certificates or attests) issued by competent bodies, organizations or other legal persons about the quality control, which are used as a proof about the quality of the products and the services supplied by the bidder,
-Number and qualification structure of the employees (expert training for the subject of the procurement) and description of the managerial skills of the management personnel of the bidder,
-List of the technical equipment and the transportation vehicles which are at the disposal of the bidder, and are functional,
-Written statement by the authorized person of the bidder which gives an authorization to the Procurer or any other person authorized by the Procurer, to make an inspection of the production and construction capabilities of the bidder if it is necessary,
-Written statement by the authorized person of the bidder, with which the bidder gives a guarantee about the executed works for a period of 2 (two) years of the date of ending the construction works.
Minimālās prasības standartiem, kas varētu būt jāizpilda: — A list of at least 2 contracted objects having the character of bride constructions during the last 5 years in the country or abroad with a total value higher than 3,000,000.00 EUR should be submitted. -A proof that it has at its disposal expert personnel with at least 5 years of working experience in the following fields should be submitted,
- Graduated architects minimum 3,
- Graduated construction engineers minimum 5; of which - 3 in the field of construction, 1 in the field of hydrotechnics, and 1 in the field of roads,
- Graduated machine engineers minimum 2,
- Graduated electro engineers minimum 2,
-A proof that it has highly trained labor force in the following fields should be submitted,
- Bricklayers/carpenters minimum 10,
- Bar fixers minimum 10,
- Ironsmiths minimum 5,
- Crane operators minimum 3,
- Attested wielders minimum 5,
-The bidder should submit a proof that it owns the minimum required mechanization and equipment,
- Excavators with power higher than 100 kW - 2,
- Trucks with load capacity of more than 15 tones - 6;- Cranes with jib longer than 40 m - 2,
- Automatic lifts with load capacity of more than 20 t - 2.
