"Metala buvju sistemas" and Latvian Hockey Federation to discuss possibilities for construction of new hockey arena

Foreign investors for "Metala buvju sistemas Ltd." are scheduled to meet today with representatives from the Latvian Ice Hockey Federation at the joint-stock "Liepajas metalurgs" offices in Riga in order to discuss possibilities for construction of the new ice hockey arena in Riga, LETA was told by "Metala buvju sistemas" Director Janis Brinkmanis.

Foreign investors for "Metala buvju sistemas Ltd." are scheduled to meet today with representatives from the Latvian Ice Hockey Federation at the joint-stock "Liepajas metalurgs" offices in Riga in order to discuss possibilities for construction of the new ice hockey arena in Riga, LETA was told by "Metala buvju sistemas" Director Janis Brinkmanis.

The meeting is set for 10 a.m. this morning with the participation of representatives from the Riga City Council and Minister of Economy Aigars Kalvitis.

Latvian Ice Hockey Federation President Kirovs Lipmans told LETA earlier that the meeting will ascertain whether the company has enough money for implementation of the project.
