VI.4.2) Pārsūdzību iesniegšana:
Precīza informācija par pārsūdzību iesniegšanas termiņu(-iem): If, within the scope of the selection, respectively awarding, a candidate who was not selected, respectively was rejected, is of the opinion that the decision is contrary to law or other applicable legal regulations, he shall give notification no later than within 15 calendar days after the aforementioned decision has been sent in writing and stating the reasons, that he shall exercise legal means against the decision, attaching a copy of the summons. Legally addressing the department awarding the tender shall not suspend proceedings for awarding the tender. The aforementioned term shall start on the day after the date of the notification in writing that the candidate was not selected, and shall terminate on the 15th day at 17:00 hours.
