More than LVL 10 million have been invested overall in the new "Rimi Latvija Ltd." distribution complex, "Rimi Latvija^apostrofs;s" director general Knut Kvisvik reported today.
More than LVL 10 million have been invested overall in the new "Rimi Latvija Ltd." distribution complex, "Rimi Latvija's" director general Knut Kvisvik reported today.
Kvisvik informed that this would be largest such center in the Baltic countries with a perimeter of 1.8 kilometers and warehouses of 28,000 square meters. The seven-story building will include offices, a conference hall and a catering complex.
In the warehouses, 40 trucks can be serviced simultaneously.
The administration building will be completed in January next year but the distribution complex - in the spring.
The general contractor of the project is "Kalnozols celtnieciba Ltd.", the designer - the architectural firm of "Postform projekts Riga Ltd.".
