"Kurzemes atslega 1" will continue operating without any changes, the company's director Janis Daizis told LETA.
A direct or reported deal with 251,875 "Kurzemes atslega 1" shares (27.43 percent of the company's share capital) was registered at the Riga Stock Exchange today.
"Kurzemes atslega 1" share capital consists of 918,144 shares, 658,356 company's shares are in public turnover. The company's shares are quoted on the Riga Stock Exchange's "free list".
