Premises of the newest shopping center in Vidzeme Raibais suns will be handed to traders at Friday, August 10, at Sigulda.
As Siguldas būvmeistars, builders of the shopping center informed agency LETA, building operations at the premises, that are planned for the shopping area are finished and renters of the shop premises will start to fix up their places.
Customers of the shopping center Raibais suns will be offered wide specter of the food, household goods, electronic and photo. It will be possible to buy clothing, footwear, perfumery, stationery and books. There will be cafés, hairdressers, drugstore and playground for kids.
It will be possible to use Unibanka's cash machine at the shopping center Raibais suns and to complete lease documentation. Delivery of the purchased goods to the addressee will be provided.
Owners of the shopping center - SIA Juma Siguldā and AS Siguldas būvmeistars, Latvijas Unibanka, which gave credit for the building of the shopping center and also future traders - will participate at the event, when it will be handed to traders.
Approximately 1 million lats were invested in the building of the shopping center Raibais suns, its size is more than 1 hectare and there are created more than 50 new work places in Sigulda.
It's planned, that shopping center Raibais suns will become an important place for shopping not only for Sigulda inhabitants, but also for all population of the Vidzeme.
Shopping center is located at Vidzemes šoseja 16, Sigulda.
