R+T International Forum
R+T International Forum, dedicated to R+T satellite events worldwide, was held on 29th of February 2012 in Stuttgart. Representatives of Messe Stuttgart spoke about the existing affiliated R+T projects and announced launch of new satellite fairs .
R+T – is the oldest (46 years) and the most largescale trade fair for rollershutters, gates and sunprotection in the world. Once in 3 years R+T gathers more than 60 000 professionals from 110 countries and becomes a centre of professional communications, business contacts‘ establishment and informational source for market and innovations.
R+T authority for professionals worldwide makes it possible to extend the interna-tional network and develop new promising markets. Today R+T sattelite events‘ pool includes 3 trade fairs in Germany, China and Russia. Taking into account the specific needs of international markets, R+T adds and adapts its unique format and becomes a springboard for positive changes in industry.
Representatives of Messe Stuttgart have spoken about R+T affiliated projects and the markets’ prospects at R+T International forum, which was held on February 29 2012.
The forum has caused extreme interest from the market players and gathered more than 60 representatives of the leading companies-manufacturers of rollershutters, doors, gates and sun-protection systems. Among them: Allutech, Hella, Doorhan, Somfy, Hunter Douglas, Oba Perdesan, SELVE, Simplex, Stobag, Wellsun and oth-ers. Following the results of the forum the majority of the companies has announced their cooperation with R+T international projects.
The speakers of the Forum were: Roland Bleinroth, Managing Director of Messe Stuttgart, Alexey Matveev, Managing Director of «Business Media Russia» – Messe Stuttgart representative in Russia, Bernhard Müller, Head of Foreign Trade Fairs Department, Thurain Aye, Head of Messe Stuttgart Representative Office in Austral-ia.
In Moscow R+T will take place between 26 - 28th of September, 2012 for the first time. The choice of Russia for the trade fair is natural – the Russian construction market promptly grows and is one of the most attractive in Europe. Alexey Matveev, Managing Director of «Business Media Russia» has shared a progress of R+T Rus-sia:
«For today R+T Russia shows positive dynamics: the trade fair is supported by the key European professional associations and more than 24 branch media. The key industry players expressed the interest for participation in the exhibition».
According to Mr. Matveev, a keystone to R+T Russia success is a favorable state of the construction market, but also transformation of the Russian exhibition industry:
«The Russian exhibition market passes from the general multi-branch events, to more specialised and focused on the concrete industry. Acknowledgement to that is a launch in 2012 few international specialised exhibition brands at once, such as R + T, DOMOTEX, ISH, Chillventa ect.».
Cooperation of three largest German exhibition companies indicates the considerable changes in the Russian exhibition market: from 26th to 28th of September, 3 specialised exhibitions will be held at one platform: Heimtextil Russia, a trade fair for house textiles and interior fabrics (the organiser – Messe Frankfurt), DOMOTEX Russia, a trade fair for floor coverings (organiser Deutche Messe) and R+T Russia, trade fair for rollershutters, gates, windows and sun-protection (organisers: Messe Stuttgart and «Business Media Russia»). Joint cooperation of 3 projects will provide large number of professional visitors, and conditions for close interaction, both exhibitors, and visitors.
The similar model of cooperation is implemented on R+T Asia, which takes place since 2005 in Shanghai together with DOMOTEX. In the conditions of reorientation of the Chinese industry to improvement of production quality, R+T Asia is extraordinary needed and shows considerable growth of visitors and exhibitors annually. On 27th- 29th of 2012 R+T Asia will be held for 7th time. 370 companies will take part in the trade fair, the expected number of visitors will reach 16 500.
In conclusion of R+T International forum the new affiliated project in the most solar country of the World – R+T Australia has been announced. Its launch is planned for 2013. By analogy with R+T Russia, the profile of Australian R+T is expanded, and besides rollershutters, gates and sun-protection systems, includes windows.
