Riga City Council Chairman Gundars Bojars has temporary released Regina Bula, Riga's chief architect and Elizabete Leitane, the director of the Riga City Council's Property Department's Privatization Administration pending official investigation into their actions.

As LETA was informed by Riga City Council PR and Information department, the mayor assigned the Legal Department to conduct an official investigation pertaining to rental of the council's real estate property at 9/11 Palidzibas Street, privatization and other issues.
