Riga's municipality will allow to prolong building term of houses in Kipsala for Maris Gailis
Riga's municipality presidium in municipality's session today accepted for considering a resolution project, that prolongs for Maris Gailis Ltd. the completion term of Kipsala Terrace-one family houses at the land on Kipsalas street and Zvejnieku street.
As explained Benita Prikasa, head of Land administration, to presidium members, building process has delayed because of the delay in underground engineer communications planning works and construction.
It's will be allowed to build small shop and parking place at the one of the rented land pieces.
According to the Municipality's resolution that was made at May 5, 1998 construction works had to be completed during 2-year period.
