The total investment in the oil port, located around 100 kilometers from St. Petersburg, is estimated at USD 115 million.
The port will have an initial annual capacity of 4 to 10 million tons of heavy fuel oil and diesel. The port will be designed by "North-West Alliance Co", which is owned by the Russian-British joint venture TNK-BP.
