The price for its three properties in Latvia totaled SEK 157 million (LVL 11.08 million).
"Skanska" has sold "Valdemara centrs" business center and two apartment houses with a total of 48 apartments. All three properties were developed by "Skanska" and were sold to local investors.
"Skanska" had invested USD 19.5 million (about LVL 11.4 million) in the "Valdemara centrs" business center.
"Through these transactions we are following our strategy and exiting the Latvian market. At the same time, the sales enable a continued focus on commercial project development in our selected Central Europe markets - Prague, Budapest and Warsaw," President of Skanska" Project Development Europe Fredrik Wirdenius declared.
