The terrace complex "Vasari" will be open for house tours on 26 and 27 of May

The terrace complex "Vasari" and "Nordea, Merita Bank Rīgas Filiāli" planning open house tours on 26 and 27 of May. Terraces are on Baļķu iela, 5, Asaros, Jūrmalā. Everybody will able to see all terrace complexes, or inspect interior of houses. "Vasari" is a new project, and because of that to potential customers will be offered a special proposal with improved percentage. Terrace complexes "Vasari" was build in collaboration with Construction Company "Re & Re" and Architect Company "Sīlis, Zāber and Kļava". All complex contain 10 buildings. The largest from them cover 306 sq.m., and the smallest - 203 sq.m. Consider the fact that the "Vasari" is one of the first projects in Latvia, whose main purpose was to use only qualified building materials for construction that will last for many generations. Some of those houses found already their masters since complex was finished in the autumn 2000. In collaboration with "Alan", "Nordea, Merita Bank Rīgas Filiāle" provides crediting for potential customers. Recently Nordea announced about her desire to vanquish market share on privet person's services. |
