As Māris Sprūds, representative of the Tilts, mentioned, their offer was to build bridge over Buļļupe for 2.712.000 lats, but BMGS S offer - for 2.909.000 lats.
As Sprūds mentioned, comparing other criteria, offer of the Tilts was more beneficial in total. Fact that Tilts, unlike BMGS S, didnģt ask for prepayment was mentioned as example.
Tilts will turn to Gundars Bojārs, chairman of the Riga municipality, after the receiving of the official results of the auction, with request to cancel the decision. If his decision will the same as auction committeeģs decision, SIA Tilts will apply to the court. Sprūds said, that companyģs Viadukts, which offer was more beneficial than their - 2.620.000 lats - also are thinking about possibility to apply to the court with the request to adjudge committeeģs decision as null and void.
In the case of the negative answer of the mayor considers about possibility to apply at the Ministry of Finance with the request to evaluate legality of actions of the Riga municipality.
Sprūds emphasized, that auctionģs committee stated itģs decision only one and half month after the acquaintance with the participants? offers.
Andris Pureklis, executive director of the AS Venceb, fourth participant at the auction, certified, that Tiltsģs offer to do the building operations was more beneficial in financial terms as the offer of the winner - BMGS S.
As Pureklis indicated, he didnģt get acquainted with the rest of the offer, so he didnģt want to comment the decision of the auctionģs committee. Representative of the Venceb just admitted, that his company is not going to raise a claim against the decision of the auctionģs committee.
Jevgēņijs Bistrovs, executive director of the BMGS S, didnģt want to comment the situation, because he is not informed not only about decision of the court, but also about the fact that BMGS S has received rights to build the bridge over Buļļupe.
Bistrovs only indicated, that delay of 2 months can substantially influence building of the bridge.
Uģis Vidauskis, secretary of the Riga municipalityģs department of communications, said that he has received the decision of the law-court of the Riga cityģs Central region, according to what itģs forbid to sign contract with BMGS S about building of the bridge over Buļļupe.
As Vidauskis informed, department is not going to co comment this question until municipalityģs lawyers will not evaluate decision of the court.
