Town hall communications are in the process of building right now, front should be finished this summer and square is planned to be open for transportation and walkers at the middle of July.
4,5 millions US dollars are planned in budget of Riga municipality for building of town hall at this year. This amount of money will be provided gradually, according to the needs.
Lācis, director of Rīgas nami Ltd., said to the agency LETA, that State Inspectionģs of Historical monuments demand to preserve and expose fundament and cellar of the 14th century stone building will rise in price the building for extra 300.000 Ls.
