As agency LETA found out in Ministry of defense, object has preserved like an inheritance from Russia army and buzzers are working only at the first floor of the three level building.
Winners of the announced auction will have to do all renovation of the complex of buildings until the end of 2003.
Construction operations are planned to do into two rounds and reconstruction of the Andrejbaudas should be finished until the end of 2003.
