Riga Passenger Port to become three-level complex
The Norwegian company "Aspade International" has drawn up the Riga Passenger Port^apostrofs;s three-level territorial development project, ordered by the port^apostrofs;s lessee "Rigas pasazieru terminalis Ltd." (RPT).
